Latitude Management is a facilities and building management company facilitating the management of large residential and commercial complexes. Our core business is facilities management for high rise apartments and commercial tenants in the form of asset management, security, fire safety, maintenance and redevelopment.

We have expertise in managing sophisticated operating assets and plant equipment within different buildings by implementing our management plan to streamline operations. We have built and maintained strong business relationships with our partners who are important to the success of our business.

We operate in the heart of the CBD as our customers are within a 5km radius of the CBD. We have an understanding of the expectations of tenants and occupants in our buildings we manage and pay close attention to being responsive to our customer's requirements.

 


SERVICES

  • Fire Safety

    A key component of safety in a complex is the operation and maintenance of fire safety systems. Accredited fire and emergency services are provisioned to test, certify and calibrate building fire services according to DFES standards.

  • Security

    We believe security is paramount to the safety and the well being of our tenants and occupants within our facilities. We take the up most care in implementing strategic security personnel and systems to ensure the safety of all persons and property.

  • Operations

    To ensure day to day operations run smoothly, our building managers oversee all contractors and works done on site by ensuring insurances and licenses are valid. Project manage works which are taking place using PMBOK principles and ensuring all OHSE management plans are met.

  • Maintenance

    A maintenance program is enacted in all facilities for preventative, upgrade and remedial maintenance to ensure the building is operating safely and efficiently. This assist to maximize the plant equipment and the life of the building.

  • Cleaning

    Cleaning is done outside of business hours to minimize the disturbance with tenants and businesses. However, emergency cleaning is at times arranged when required.

  • Business Continuity Planning

    We assist in the planning and layout of offices and can accommodate business resizes to ensure they meet statutory requirements and compliance to environmental policies.
